These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Links on Link platform, website at linksonlink.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Links on Link ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@linksonlink.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove or disable access to any content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable law, or that poses a risk to the Service or its users.
To protect the safety and integrity of the Service and its users, we actively monitor for and enforce against content that violates these Terms. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:
We may take enforcement action based on our own review, automated detection systems, user reports, or complaints from third parties (including law enforcement and rights holders). We are under no obligation to provide advance notice before disabling content that we reasonably believe poses an immediate risk to users (such as phishing, malware, or fraud).

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Links on Link and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service collects analytics on link clicks, including approximate geographic location, device type, and referrer information. This data is used to power your analytics dashboard and improve the platform.
When you create an account, the Service uses first-party analytics cookies to understand how you interact with the platform across our subdomains. These cookies help us improve the product and measure conversion. By creating an account you consent to this use of functional analytics cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and customer support. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKS ON LINK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Links on Link and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content or links, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
